Jack was honestly such a great help, he answered all the questions I had and truly made it so easy for me to buy a car, I did not think it was going to be that simple. There was no back and forth negotiating as he had already priced the car at a super good deal for me, as well as explaining all the options I could do with payment. He was super helpful and kind, and I definitely would recommend anybody who is wanting to buy a car to go to Jack! Tasman is 100% the best place to go, there was no unwanted pressure at all unlike the other dealerships around Auckland, which made it much easier to buy a car without feeling guilty if i didn’t want it. All the staff were super sweet and made it a really awesome experience, I could really tell that they genuinely cared about me as a customer. I am really grateful that they also assured me that I can go back there if there are any troubles. Truly a really good place to go to get a car. Will be letting everyone know to go here if they ever need a one! Appreciate all the help! It’s really nice to have a friendly guy who genuinely shows interest in what car will be best for your wants and needs. Thank you Jack & staff once again. Definitely 5+ stars!
